And right now, they are expanding their fleet in a massive, unprecedented way. By 2031, Disney’s fleet will grow to a total of 13 ships!

Whether you love exploring the world with people you love, or you recognize the value of solo travel, there is a whole lot to look forward to. Here is a breakdown of all the new Disney Cruise Line ships on the horizon

Setting Sail Soon: Disney Destiny (Late 2025)

We are just around the corner from the launch of the Disney Destiny, entering service in late 2025 out of Fort Lauderdale. Sister to the Disney Wish and the recently launched Disney Treasure, the Destiny is leaning heavily into a "Heroes and Villains" theme. It’s packed with incredible storytelling, including Marvel characters like Spider-Man and T'Challa, giving you a totally new way to experience adventure at sea.

Expanding Our World: Disney Adventure (2026)

The world is bigger than our everyday routine, and travel expands our perspective. Disney is taking that to heart with the Disney Adventure, which began its permanent deployment out of Singapore earlier this year. This is a massive ship—originally built for another cruise line but completely re-imagined by Disney—and it marks Disney’s first permanent home port in Asia.

The Next Big Thing: Disney Believe (Late 2027)

At the recent D23 events, Disney finally pulled back the curtain on the Disney Believe, which will be the fourth ship in the Wish class. Arriving in late 2027, this ship focuses entirely on the belief in magic, family, and the power of nature.

• The Grand Hall: The central gathering space will be themed to Moana, complete with South Pacific artisan details and a stunning bronze statue of Moana, Pua, and Heihei.

• A Fun New Stern: In a really fun departure from the traditional script lettering, Woody and Buzz Lightyear will be on the back of the ship, working together to write the "Disney Believe" name in oversized yellow crayon!

• The Bow: Tinker Bell and Peter Pan silhouettes will decorate the bow of the ship.

A Brand-New Class of Ships (2028 - 2031)

As if that wasn't enough, Disney has announced that after the Believe, they are moving on to an entirely new class of ships. They are building three brand-new vessels in this class, plus an additional ship that will homeport year-round in Tokyo by 2029
