FAQs

What is included?

Your cruise includes accommodations, meals, and access to all group events.

How to book?

Use the 'Start Booking' button on this page to easily reserve your cabin. We will notify you that we want to have enough cabins to secure the group successfully and start collecting down payments.

Are there perks for groups?

Yes! The more cabins booked together, the better perks and exclusive benefits you receive. Building the ultimate pre-con crew starts now. Help us spread the word! The more people who join our sailing, the more exclusive group events and perks we get to enjoy together.

Can I make payments?

Yes. Time is your friend on this trip. You can make payments as fast or as slow as you wish. We just have two important deadlines to keep in mind:

  • The Deposit: Your initial deposit is required 90 days after our booking window officially opens to lock in your cabin.

  • The Final Balance: Your trip must be paid in full exactly 90 days before our set sail date. Between those two dates, you control the pace!

What about meals?

Meals are included with a variety of dining options throughout the cruise.

Is there Wi-Fi onboard?

Wi-Fi is available for purchase, so you can stay connected while enjoying the sea.

Solo Cruising ?

Cruise lines price their cabins based on double occupancy. If you sail alone, you will pay two base fares, but the good news is you only pay taxes, port fees, and gratuities for one person!

Want to split the cost? We’ve got you covered. Let us know if you are looking for a cabin mate, and we will happily help connect you with other solo travelers in our group so you can share a room and save! Just keep in mind that cruise cabins are cozy—bringing an easy-going vibe and an open mind is the secret to getting along perfectly with your new shipmate.

Can I change the other guest in my cabin?

Yes! Life happens, so we can absolutely adjust your reservation and swap out your guest anytime before the final payment deadline. The only thing we cannot change is the primary guest on the booking—which is hopefully you! :)

What else can you help me with for my trip?

My goal is to make sure your entire trip to Orlando is epic, not just the time on the ship! Think of me as your personal travel concierge. I can help you set up:

  • Epic Side Quests: Want to hit Disney World or Universal Studios before or after the cruise? I can sort out your park tickets!

  • Your Basecamp: Whether you need a pre-cruise hotel to rest up before we sail or want to extend your stay in Orlando afterward, I’ve got you covered.

  • Travel Logistics: Need a car rental or a seamless transfer from the airport to Port Canaveral? Let me handle the details.

  • Flights: I can easily help you search for the perfect standalone flight for you to self-book. If we are bundling your airfare with a hotel stay or other package perks, I can actually book it for you! (Unfortunately, that is just how airlines structure things today, but I will make the process as easy as possible).

  • Local Intel: Just need some killer dinner recommendations in Orlando? I know all the best spots!

  • Your Next Adventure: When the post-con blues hit, I am always here to help you plan any of your future trips!

Do I need a passport?

If you are a U.S. citizen, a passport is not strictly required for this sailing! You can cruise using a state-issued driver's license/ID and your official birth certificate.

That being said, I always strongly encourage my clients to sail with a passport. It speeds up the customs lines at the end of the trip and gives you major peace of mind in case of an emergency abroad. Plus, now that we are working together, I plan on making a true globe-trotter out of you for your future vacations!

Is it safe to go on a cruise?

Yes! Statistically speaking, cruising is one of the absolute safest ways to travel

  • Security: A study by criminologist Dr. James Alan Fox found that major crime rates on cruise ships are actually 25 times lower than on land. Ships are highly controlled environments: everyone undergoes background and ID checks before boarding, luggage is screened, and ships have 24/7 security teams and video surveillance.

  • Health: Cruise ships are the only form of vacation travel required to have a 24/7 fully equipped medical center on board. Plus, despite what you hear in the news, the CDC notes that cruise ships account for less than 1% of all norovirus cases—you are much more likely to catch a bug at a land-based restaurant or school!

Your Travel Armor: While the ship itself is incredibly safe, life still happens (flight delays, lost luggage, or unexpected emergencies). Think of travel insurance as your ultimate side-quest shield. Ask me about adding travel insurance to your booking so we can make sure your investment is 100% protected!

Drink Pacakges and Excurtions and More?

Unlock the next level of vacation planning! Once your deposit is paid, you will receive your official booking number. You can take that number, log into the cruise portal, and start looking around at all the epic add-on options. Your paid deposit gives you full access to browse things like drink packages, Wi-Fi, specialty dining, and shore excursions. You don't have to buy them right away—just take a look around and begin adding your extras whenever you are ready!
